Personal Stablecoin Gift Conditions

The proposed recipient is Matteo Terenzio, a private individual named publicly. The proposed gift is exactly 1 EURC on Base, voluntary, one time per wallet address, with no obligation to participate.

It is a personal gift, not a purchase, service, charity, investment, security, deposit, loan, membership, lottery, token issuance or crowdfunding reward.

The giver receives no goods, access, ownership, equity, governance, interest, return, repayment right, tax deduction or other economic or contractual value. A Human Number would be a public symbolic acknowledgement only, never an asset, NFT or onchain token.

Only the first valid final 1 EURC transfer from a wallet address counts; later or excess transfers from the same address never receive a number. A wallet address is not a person: one person can control many wallets. The project does not identify, verify or certify humans, and never asks for name, email, country, document or account. Duplicate or excess direct transfers cannot be technically prevented; how they are handled requires a reviewed return policy before launch.

EURC is a euro-denominated electronic-money token issued by a third party, not cash or a bank deposit. Wallet loss, signing mistakes, wrong networks or tokens, contract defects, network fees, congestion, reorganisation, finality, custody, conversion, redemption and issuer risks may apply.

A future giver would remain responsible for their self-custody wallet and network fee. Transfers generally cannot be reversed at protocol level.

The target is at most 1,000,000 accepted 1 EURC gifts and symbolic numbers. It may never be reached. 1,000,000 EURC gross is not guaranteed €1,000,000 net: conversion or redemption, network, custody, operating and tax costs may reduce net euro proceeds.

Any net proceeds become Matteo Terenzio's personal assets for unrestricted use at his sole discretion, with no earmarking or promised use.

Eligibility and any geographic restrictions will be stated clearly before the experiment opens.

The recipient may decide not to launch, or may pause or stop a future flow. Any return would be discretionary and subject to the published return information; no refund is promised.
