Only One Million is a blockchain social experiment proposing a voluntary personal gift of exactly 1 EURC on Base to Matteo Terenzio, given in exchange for nothing. Rule: one wallet address = one EURC, one time. The site is live, but gifts are not yet open and none have been accepted. No opening date exists. Matteo Terenzio is the site operator and data controller; public role contacts are active. Transfers are not currently available.

- A symbolic number carries no monetary value, no ownership, no rights and no permanent entitlement, and is not transferable or saleable.
- The count would measure accepted 1 EURC gifts, not identity-verified unique people. A wallet address is not a person; one person can control many wallets. Nobody is identified or certified.
- EURC is a euro-denominated electronic-money token issued by a third party. It is not cash and not a bank deposit. Gross means accepted gifts × 1 EURC. Redemption or conversion, network, custody, operating and tax costs may reduce net euro proceeds, which stay unknown until real accounting data exists. 1,000,000 EURC gross is never a guaranteed €1,000,000 net.
